i want to separate the cells according to the concentration gradient of nanoparticles
Could you please elaborate on your system. Do you want to separate the cells magnetically?
hey sir i wanna cells which have nanoparticles in them can you suggest me some techniques which would make me separate the cells?
You can use isopycnic centrifugation
Sir would you please tell me the principle of this technique? will it be able to separate cells according to the iron concentration present in the cell?
it is based on a density gradient and yes it will be able to separate cells according to the amount of iron nanoparticles. Details are given here

thank u for the help sir!
I even put the gel in commasie staining in order to cross check whether the bands got transferred so I observed that there was complete transfer.
