What are the synergistic effects of plant growth regulators in plant tissue culture?

Can any one help me what are the role of synergistic effects in plant tissue culture...

Synergistic effects mean the enhancement for an effect when you apply two (at least) "independent" components into your system and does not mean the accumulative or additive effect.
