Agreed with Mehmet that what SPSS test to use depending on your research requirement, research objectives, research questions and hypotheses etc.

Beside the tests within SPSS base module. You can also use SPSS AMOS (separate module you need to purchase outside base module) for Covariance-based Structural Equation Modeling.
