What are the stress limiting conditions to grow clinical isolated S. aureus from skin infection in vitro to mimic its growth in vivo?

I want to cultivate S. aureus in TSB for proteome analysis and I want to consider any stressful factors during its growth on skin. I have not found any. Any suggestions that I can look up?
