Use lithostructeral maps, fracture density maps, hydrogeological regime and historical seismic activity map in the area. Clasiffy the seismically active faults and fractures. And the assign values for mathematical modelling in GIS.

Total steps which should be taken are as follows:

1- select the influential parameters and conditioning factors

2-provide the spatial database from various valid sources

3-data pre-processing and classification

4-choose the models you want to apply

5-generate the susceptibility map

6-evaluate the accuracy of results (usually by AUC index)
