You can use Sab agar. Inoculate the agar plate and see what fungi and yeast grow on it. Then you can pick each mould/yeast and inoculate on separate plates and prepare a slide or probably the best would be to extract DNA and analyze using PCR.
I use primarily classical identification is the most available means at our university, then I seek another laboratory for the molecular identification (PCR ...).
