The development of violence at school is determined by many factors, including, above all, cultural changes created in the mass media. In addition, both educators in schools and parents due to the large time commitment in their work have less and less time, which they devote to children and youth for educational purposes. In some countries or districts of cities where the standard of living is low, characterized by low incomes, it generates an increase in crime among young people. In the same poorly economically developed countries and poor urban districts, poorly paid public services do not cope with limiting the growth of crime among young people. In the same economically poorly developed countries and poor urban districts, local self-government authorities, with a modest budget, do not offer young people interesting out-of-school activities, sports attractions and other general development and cultural activities. All the above determinants generate further social problems, which accumulate, build up and cause an increase in aggression and violence at school.

Lead (Pb) poisoning is directly related to Violence and Violent Death. Fluoridation chemicals contain about 100 gram per tonne of Lead and they enhance dissolution of Lead from Brass and Lead fittings in the reticulated water supply. Eliminating these extra sources of Lead will reduce Violence.
I think it all comes to the family. Parents are usually the ones responsible for their children's behavior.
Kids are very bored, they should be more involved in different activities.
Another important problem is a disconnection from nature. Kids have to spend more time outside.
Its hard to answer a question that needs books to be explained. What does not cause aggression? is maybe an easier question.
But carelessness of adults makes kids think everything they do is ok. The issue needs to be understood seriously by adults first but often that is not the case. To indirectly handle it or passively is sad.
I think many parents do not spend enoigh quality time with their children.
As a human you need to live with others and speak with them. Technology made us close yet so far from each other.
Use technology but acknowledge the presence of the human to avoid losing. Everyone is precious.

I agree with your opinion, And i would like to add that many of the violent games deployed on social networking sites and video clips are all helping to increase aggression among youth in schools.
Playing Violent Video Games for an extended period of time over mobile/Tablet/PC also causes aggression in the youth, as mostly the school/college going children are addicted to the Video Gaming than the people of any other Age Group.

The increase in violence and aggression in schools results from many factors that can be included in systemic, institutional, economic, social and family determinants. The more these different factors occur simultaneously, the greater the risk of acts of violence and aggression in the relationships between young people in the meetings and in other public places. The role of the institution of the state is important, which should both prophylactically support families in a difficult economic and social situation as well as state institutions providing security to citizens.

Thank you for your scientific and good question. In fact, there are a good body of evidence that support your question very well. One of them is *Diet*. Around 10 years ago, I was preparing a seminar for my presentation in nutrition and metabolism course! I found a surprising text about one of the African tribes that they are so famous for their aggressive and fighting behavior, as well as violence, etc...! In that text I found a marvelous result by its writer! He concluded that their major food is Maize (corn), preponderant food in the meal. Therefore as you know “Maize is a cereal particularly lacking in tryptophan, which is the precursor of serotonin (SER), an important neurotransmitter! Then we can concluded that deficiency of SER involves in some behavioral consequences, such as the tendency towards aggressive behaviour or the religious fanaticism. Among native american populations, these consequences appear, as a rule, positively correlated with maize alimentary dependence (Aztecs appear as those who greatly suffered from serotonin deficiency). In the world these are thinkable for some african populations (i.e. Zulu) or european (i.e. Balkan peoples). Therefore, we should know that these kind of questions might have many reasons (multi-factors) in!
