I am doing programs about DNA damage and repair. Plasmids pEGFP-Pem1 and pEGFP-Pem1-Ad2 are useful reporters frequently used in analyzing the efficiency of DNA repair by NHEJ and HR pathways. However, I cannot find the sequences of these plasmid. Can someone tell me about the sequences data for the plasmids? And sharing the plasmids are highly appreciated.
