I want to do some work on Hygrothermal Effect on Nano-Composite (GFRP). Mixing nano metal particles in to the GFRP composite, to get the better properties. But what will be Hygrothermal effect on that? is my question.. I am getting confuse in finding the research gap, That how can I proceed on the same..
Hygrothermal properties can be enhance after adding 1 to 5Wt% of nanoclay (It might ne monomorilionite clays) The hygrothermal properties are enhanced. But the challenge is exfoliation of nano particals in to the polymer matrix. If the matrix is uniformly distributed with nanoclay then surely you will get the good results. Manufacturing method also have a effect on the properties. For further details you can have a look to my articles.
