I want to Maintain Relative Humidity and Temperature for testing moisture absorption.. So I need to know about the equipment for the same..

You need:
1. Climatic chamber with boht control of humidity and temperature.
2. High-resolution analytical balance.
3. Laboratory conditions for the preparation samples and its preconditioning prior to exposing them to controlled humid environments, i.e., furnace, desiccators, etc, etc
In the paper: PAVANKIRAN, V., TOSHIO, N. and RAMAN P.S. (2003), “Inverse analysis for transient moisture diffusion through fiber-reinforced composites”, Acta Materialia, 51, pp.177–193., you can found excellent information about this test.
You may also measure the same using a manometric method, i.e., by measuring the pressure drop after small amounts of water vapour are introduced in a sample holder of known volume at a given temperature. Sorption isotherms can therefore be obtained in the whole range of relative humidity and at a temperature which can be controlled. The 3Flex automatic adsorption apparatus from Micromeritics is perfectly suitable for doing this. Moreover, as this machine is commercially available, you can find it in many labs.

You can use Quartz Crystal Microbalance. Probably this will give you more accurate results with good external control of moisture and temperature.
You can use all above mentioned methods, or if you have the opportunity you can use thermogravimetry, increasing the temperature above 200 oC, with the same velocity for all of your samples.
