There are different carbon fractions we generally estimate in our research to have an idea about the impact soil and crop management practices on soil quality as C is the mainstay of soil quality. Is there any correlation among different C fractions i.e. TC, TOC, OC, PoC, RMC, MBC, AHC, WSC, etc. ? If you know any valid answer then please clarify me on this with some authenticate reference.
Most of these soil carbon fractions are inter-related with each other under normal soil , unless soil has salinity, calcareousness or acidity ...

Generally, total organic carbon (TOC) is the summation of values of pariculate organic carbon (POC) and Mineral-associated carbon (MOC) which is due to Physicochemical stabilization, dissolved organic carbon is very small proportion as compared with other two fractions. some of the materials are covered in my following paper and there numerous others.
