The ISI journals with high impact factor classified as Q1 Journals

The quartiles Q1 to Q4 are a representation of the journals strength who are ISI indexed (SCI, SCIE). The Q1 journals are the journals with the highest impact factor (most prestigious) which are very hard to accept a paper, very strong reviewers and normally their rejection rate is very high and accept only novel ideas.
