The information I know of Scopus is one year after but not one year before. The reason is that the cites can be counted after they are written in the papers, and not before. However, the intention of Scopus of covering a concrete Conference could be asked via "SJR" contact: you can write to this address [email protected]
I am trying to find one in civil engineering but I could not. It is easier for other disiplnes to find scopus indexed conferences such as in elecetrical engineering, health and midical conferences, pharmaceticual, and computer sciences. Raed Abendeh
It is hard to have an indexed conference by Scopus in civil engineering. Normally it is selected papers from the conference after independent submissions and must follow the Journal criteria.
