Is it possible to get aligned nanorods during synthesis over a substrate ?
What techniques could be adopted for aligned rods after formation ?
hydrothermal growth is one way... deposit the seed layer and controlled growth can give rise to nano rods.... but I don't know whether it is possible with your substance or not as you have missed to mention what you want to grow...
@rajagopalan pandey : Thanks for the answer..! What i would like to grow are RePO4 rods in aligned manner over the substrate!

Additionally, could you suggest any related articles or resources on this topic?
