Hello everyone, i have oral skin sample which is effected by a cancer. I have no idea about what kind of cancer is and what looks like a cancereous cell because i have no biological background. So any biophysicist or biologist would like to help me. In my last question i have attached its picture now i am attaching it 2nd time.

oral specifically means mouth, and in layman's language we can say the tissue or the lining of the mouth as oral skin, as such there is no term oral skin. the exact term is oral epithelium, and the most prevalent cancer of this is squamous cell carcinoma. the nucleus of the cells is enlarged and more dense in case of this type of cancer and there is specific characteristic features of histological slide(tissue slide) prepared from the sample of such tissue which is used for the diagnosis.
please look into it. What you say about it for this I used IR two-photon microscope(A1MP) by Nikon.

try to extract spectra from different regions (intensity related differences) e.g some from blue or orange regions and post here. We can check for DNA damage, protein content etc...then we can take a call..
