Persons recovered from COVID -19 are having antibodies against the virus inside their bodies. They are having T cells already sensitized to the antigens of the virus.
If they are vaccinated (may happen, as no antibody testing is performed before vaccination), what will be the possible effects of the vaccine on their health?
Whether it will act as a booster dose?
Whether it (vaccine) will be neutralized?
Whether it may lead to severe health impacts (like the Dengue vaccine)?
The acquired protective immunity from SARS-CoV-2 infection is short-lived. Therefore, vaccination of already recovered person will provide protection against re-infection.

I, along with many of our friends, can not able to take the decision to take COVID 19 Vaccine due to that reason. Personally, I have notified twice to take the vaccine.
....but there should be some specific instruction...

It would have been better not to vaccinate those who are already infected with SARS-CoV2 and developed antibodies against the virus.
Let me share one important thought: we all know that vaccination is factually a development of veterinary medicine. The difference of humans and animals is the physiological activity of the higher nervous system; this medical aspect is very seldom taken into practical account, with respect to varied human body reactions towards vaccines, i.e. the body (biological wisdom) of a recovered person will react very differently, with the best response to make the vaccine ineffective.
There are many unclear questions to corona virus vaccinations. Nevertheless, it's still the most efficient and perhaps the only way to protect people 'en masse'. We already used to almost yearly flu vaccinations, though many people take risk, and don't do it. It's already known that one time corona virus vaccination is protecting for approximately a half a year. Moreover, we already know there appear new and even more dangerous corona virus modifications. Hence, it's easy to anticipate a necessity for periodical people re-vaccinations, pretty much similar as yearly flu seasonal re-vaccinations. Different vaccines that are currently in use have been developed using different scientific ideas /mechanisms. And all of them have been tested and certified. However, none of them provides a 100% safety assurance, though several of them demonstrated near ~95% safety level. People bodies are very complex, and it requires a comprehensive study of a longer history of vaccination records and their post vaccination results to uncover what type of people with various medical histories are under a very high risk, if get vaccinated with each specific vaccine. Hopefully, it is considered to be done as time is passing by. Then, over time the level of vaccination safety is expected to be gradually increased.
The source of covid_19 antibodies in persons not vaccinated due to exposire to infection clinically or silent such cases should be considerd in during vaccination programm.,such caes should be put in consideration during vaccinatins ,we should estimate level of antibodies in such novel vaccine ,then select time of vaccination(diminish or diappear acquired antibodies)
Covid_19 is a novel urgent vaccine,i ask this question previously,scientifically the aquired immunity from recovery should be cosidered exacitly not roughly evaluated similar to SAS_2 because every vaccine posses it's circumstances of manufacture and application,So aquired immunity should be estimated,then determine time of diminish or disappearance then determine age of vaccination.

In Kolkata, West Bengal, India, some persons show symptoms like severe back pain, fever (101-102 degree F), joint pain at knees and shoulders, sneezing, respiratory problems, etc. for 3-4 days post-vaccination. A few persons showed such symptoms with more severity and others with moderate to lesser severities.
No data is publicly available about the presence/absence of anti-Covid 19 antibodies in the serum of such persons showing post-vaccination symptoms. But this area should be studied, I think (relation of expressing post-vaccination symptoms with presence of anti-Covid 19 antibodies among individuals as a result of previous symptomatic/ asymptomatic infections).
