is it stimuli responsive gelator? also strongly depends on solvent, try with mixture of 2-3 solvents

I usually make metal oxides by sol gel technique so please suggest some good gents which can convert sol into gel in less time.............

Sol-gel formation can be acid catalyzed or base catalyzed.

A two step acid-base hydrolysis and condensation might work. A dilute acid like HCl can catalyze the hydrolysis while a base like Ammonium hydroxide can expedite the condensation. So, you can add acid first, stir for a while and add base and again stir for a while and let it sit for some time before gel is formed. This at least works for silicon based sol-gel process.

In my personal opinion, slow gelation process is better than fast gelation. For metal oxides, you can use a citric acid as an agent gelation.
