What are the physical implications of a closed oscillatory neutral curve lying above another oscillatory neutral curve?

While plotting disconnected curves, I have observed this behavior. Usually, we obtain the oscillatory neutral curve well below the stationary curve, but here we have only oscillatory curves. The closed oscillatory curve lies on another closed curve. I have not observed this behavior in literature.
