Which type of the nanoparticles are useful to overcome the challenges in biomarker imaging in breast cancer and what are the physical and biological challenges?

Cell membrane permeability makes hard the entry of the nanoparticle, by basic modifications in charge, size, and the capping agents makes them to overcome these physical barriers

Polymer encapsulated nanoparticle may used for the Bio-imaging system, they can overcome almost physiological behaviours like membrane charge potentials.

Especially Gold nanoparticle conjugated with polymers like PEG, Gelatin etc., can be preferable
