I think the key parameters will be input, processing and output(achievement). How far the learners are receiving it? How much they progress through online learning? whether the online classes are effective? Is the proper communication possible? Is the class well equipped? Is high speed network facility available? Is the teacher well trained? How far is it motivated learners?
