I was looking for the metal ion Docking and while doing the literature review I found out that there is one paper that shows the force field (AudodockZn). While exploring more am not able to get the parameters for docking on the autodock site also. If someone has some knowledge or tutorial which shows how to define the parameters for the AutodockZn docking or if you have a new idea about the docking of Zn-based ions then please share your views and thoughts over here.
