May I please know why you specifically want to implement FL-GA hybrid approach

Higher prediction accuracies can be obtained by Fuzzy - ANN hybid too.

There is a tool called ANFIS (in Matlab) which combines Fuzzy logic and ANN to predict outcomes with higher accuracies.

This tool is easy to use and interpret.

I have adopted several algorithms and wanted to test the feasibility of AI approaches.

I am using R, not Matlab. So I am going to find out the most appropriate approach from Fl-GA, FL-ANN, and GA-ANN.

I think it is mostly depend on your rules that describes the behavior of your system. Make sure that you implement  unique cases for each input and output.
