Hi,
I'm looking for mutation (fusion with signal peptide) to sequester a protein within the cytoplasm or to induce it's degradation. I was thinking to something like CAAX, KDEL, or other motif. Do you have any suggestion or comment to identify the best option? Thank you.

The cytoplasm contains a small minutes of proteins, and they exists with in the cytosole.
