Complex search in Pubmed can return a large number of publications. Do you know any secondary open tools to search and map in a specific dataset co-occurrence of for exemple 2 proteins (or genes) or a protein and a specific pathology. Thank you for your insight.

Thanks Frank. I'm aware of boolean search and advance search in pubmed. What I'm trying to do is to search what are the words that are associated in each individual abstract on all papers return from a pubmed search.
As an exemple if I make a search for tumor and angiogenis I will get a data set. In the abstract I should see a high frequency of VEGF and an association with endothelial cells. The idea is to make a non biais analysis of association.Any idea
