Also we should not forget the economical justifications to construct such a plant, in other words how much cost one-kilowatt per hour from this plant comparing with that produced from fossil-fueled plants.
Off course, most limiting factor for installation and use of wind turbine is the wind speed available in the particular area. The decision about the installation of wind turbine is taken on the basis of mean or average wind speed of the particular area. The rated wind speed is considered as 1.4 times of the annual speed for the wind turbine design. The region with annual wind speed with 5 m/s or more is suitable for wind turbine installation.
