In order to fully answer you question we will need additional information. What is the name of compound you wish to synthesize, is there any particular substrate you will be using, etc? Basically, two my knowledge there are two methods you can use. You can use chiral auxillaries, which are reactants which help provide the chiral center. Or you can use enantioselective enzymes.
Enzymatic catalysis, asymmetric organocatalysis or chiral ligand/metal-mediated catalysis are widely employed in modern asymmetric transformations to create new chiral molecules from achiral substrates (e.g. catalytic reaction of multiple bonds with different nucleophiles).
