Hi, I am trying to quantify Hep. B surface antigen, Can anyone suggest me an Quantitative Elisa kit for accurate quantification of HBsAg protein ?

As you know, Hepatitis B surface antigen makes aggregates which makes more difficult to precisely quantify it. Can you suggest something to get rid of this aggregation problem? For ex. can I denature my samples and then load onto Elisa plate?

Most of the kits on the market are qualitative kits not quantitative. For ex. can I convert this qualitative kits into quantitative by diluting the kit standard by myself?

Could you please recommend me any qualitative or quantitative HBsAg Elisa kit?
