Modelling Habitat Preferences, Species Correlations and Estimating Species Richness of Mammals from Camera Trap data

For camera trap data analysis, you can use ordination techniques like PCA or NMDS, and models such as GLMs. Software options include R and SPSS.
General additive models (GAM) or PERMANOVA :)
Habitat Preference Modeling: Generalized Linear Models (GLMs) & Resource Selection Functions (RSFs)
Species Correlation Modeling: Correlation Analysis & Multivariate Statistical Methods like Principal Component Analysis (PCA)
Estimating Species Richness: Species Accumulation Curves & Rarefaction Analysis
Software for Analysis: R & SPSS
Also, the choice of methods and software depends on the specific goals of your study, the complexity of your data, and the resources available.
