Both electroless and electrodeposition can be used for all these metals, I believe. I don't know if the structure is nanometric in grainsize, however.

E-beam evaporator. We deposit Au, Ag, Al, Cr, Ti.... by E-beam evaporator. Thickness can be well-controlled from 5nm upto hundreds nm.
For the metallic thin films fabrication you can easily use the electrodeposition technique and by changing the deposition parameters, such as deposition potential/current, solution pH, temperature, deposition time, etc. you can manipulate the thickness of deposited film.
You can use spin coating and SILAR methods to deposit thin films of metal nanoparticles. You can refer our recent papers.
depending on the setup, perhaps electrochemical deposition (nucleation --> growth) may work.
