Coronary cineangiogram contains a frame sequence which represents vessels while filling of contrast agent. I want to segment the vessel regions from frame to frame by using repeatable process. The global motion of the cineangiograms are aIready stabilized and frames are enhanced to remove non uniform illumination. Therefore I know where the catheter is engaged in each frame.
