Which type of studies require special permission from the original country?
Is it sufficient to add a scientist from the original country on the published works?

I recently attended a conference on this @ Bern, Switzerland.
As I understand you will have to get in touch with the "contact person" for both the country from which you collect the sample/s, and the country to which you plan to import the sample/s- before scheduling the collection. These contacts are identified and published on the webpage. Any study that requires the collection of organisms/ specimens (plants, animals, insects) will have to go through this.
No, it is not sufficient to just add a scientist!
thank you Dr Rupesh, I think the legislations are not enough mature to perform these contacts, I am unable to find who is the stakeholder of certain countries.
