I am going to conduct a study based on the human cadaver sample analysis using various laboratory techniques. I am looking at methods that would be ideal for sample analysis and visualization to be carried out. Moreover i am also going to look at the environmental factors and surrounding factors influencing these changes. If you could help out with the suggestions of tests that needs to be carried out it would be really grateful.
All the techniques are valid, but first you make and H&E, make sure the tissues are well fixed, this is the most important part. You have to know what substance or elements you want to search to specify the techniques you're going to use. Also, I'm just a student so make a better research.
Hi Carolina Porflit I am looking for something that will provide the effectiveness of the preservation and histological findings that can be obtained from it.
You can perform an analysis of some elements that cause toxicity to the body, such as cadmium and mercury, and you can also perform some tests for some enzymes in the body that are involved in some basic reactions in the body.
