The patient was followed as HIV and HBV co-infection with immunologic response and supressed VL for both of viruses, at 6th month of the treatment HDV-PCR was positive with 10 million copies/mL and also with x20 times elevated liver enzymes and Hyperbilirubinemia. INR was in normal range.
