What is the way to adjust GCD potential?

I could not manage to fall into negative potential while taking GCD on Versastad 4 potentiostad. So if the CV is between -0.5 AND 1.0 V, I want to use the same potential range in the GCD. I enter the required potential and current values, but it doesn't work. It does not go down to negative potential. How can I do that? What is the way to adjust GCD potential?
