In my opinion divorce can make it harder for kids to do well in school. They might feel sad, worried, or distracted, which can affect their grades and focus. Sometimes, they might miss more school or have trouble paying attention in class. The change in family life can also make it tough to keep up with homework and studying.
DIvorce has a negative impact on all aspects of children’s academic performance. However, it is better an agreed upon divorce than to maintain a unhappy marriage.
Wouldn't it depend on the particular situation? Some family environments are so bad that a physical separation of the spouses (maybe even jailtime for one of them) could only be an improvement for the children.
It was my pleasure to share my views on this hot and controversial topic. I say it again. In psychological terms, it is better an agreed upon divorce than to maintain a unhappy and fake marriage. Unfortunately, namely in Western cultures, there are many marriages which are kept with the purpose of maintaining "the appearances".
