My core research interest is satellite remote sensing and GI Science.
Implementation of 3d cadaster practices that whole world is talking about nearly 25 years already.
Land administration processes require the recording information about the ownership, value, and use of land and its associated resources. It also includes the determination of rights and other attributes of the land, the survey and description of these, their detailed documentation, and the provision of relevant information in support of land markets. Hence, GIS supports in the identification and elimination of data errors during the processes of determining the parcel boundaries. The GIS technology also allows for the development of mapping standards to maintain the integrity of the acquired data, providing the city planners, city managers and land administrators with opportunities for more effective management of land parcel data.
