In 1930, a book was written called: 100 Authors Against Einstein.

With the permission of my respectable readers, I hope to join these sincere authors, bringing the total to 101.

We assume that the 5 main flaws in Einstein's theory of relativity are:

1- In his theory of special relativity, he relied on five irreducible hypotheses, which is absolutely misleading since these hypotheses can be reduced to only two [1].

2- In his theory of special relativity, he focused on the proof of the so-called Lorentz x-t transformations, which is absolutely false since the Lorentz x-t transformations are universal laws and therefore have no proof.

Einstein proposed the hypothesis of constancy of the speed of light C in this theory which can prove to be equivalent to the x-t transformations of Lorentz [1].

3-The theory of special relativity must be contained in the theory of general relativity as a limiting case where the acceleration tends towards zero which is never exalted.

4-The theory of special relativity and the theory of general relativity are not consistent since he defined time as relative in inertial frames in the first and function of energy density in the second.

5-Problem of discontinuity at the center when the energy goes towards infinity.

N.B.. The aim of this question is not to neglect Einstein's great achievements in theoretical physics such as the photoelectric effect, the Bose-Einstein condensate, the laser equation, Brownian motion but only to discuss and explain the main defects of his theory of relativity.

1-A rigorous reformulation of Einstein's derivation of the special theory of relativity
