Plants tend to have smaller and more numerous stomata under stress (salinity and drought) conditions. Under low light, plants also have reduced number of large stomata.

I do not know the answer to the question. However, I think rice plants might have increased number of stomata and reduced stomatal size at high temperature conditions..
