What are the different forms of commercially available graphene?

I am interested in knowing if commercially available Graphene is available in its pure form or mounted on a substrate? Additionally, what are the different substrates that are usually used in this case?

Most commercial graphene is mounted on TEM grids. Here are some links from companies in america. As for purity ted pella uses a a few methods for purity metrics but I think diffraction is sufficient.
