Wire feed rate, Length of Stick out, Gas flow rate, Gas type, Plate thickness, root gap and Bevel angle.

In this Project material Thickness is 1.0 mm and normally all the joints are lap joints.
So we can consider the Feed rate, stick out and Gas as various parameter.
How to Evaluate the experiments in DOE?
For Ex: you can check the strength of weld joints after each experiment.
There are many ways of analyzing the results obtained and it depends purely on what you want do further in your work.
I mean there are are many methods like ANOVA, S/N analysis, Multiobjective optimization etc.
