also when we analyze the melting curve in the RT-PCR we see peaks of wt ,mut or hetero mut and they are analyzed according to dna denaturation temperature (if Im not wrong) in SNPs in the gene of interest. So Am I able to say that all SNPs have high denaturation temperature which cause higher peak in the melting curve analysis in the Real time PCR?? And why??
