I am asking whether there are any differences between mouse and rat microglia. For example the density, flow cytometry isolation protocols, number of isolated cells, surface markers, antibodies, and primary microglia culture........etc
I think there are only minor differences regarding the points you mentioned. As far as I know the isolation procedures are the same...maybe the variety of AB against rat is not as high as for mouse targets...
