Some expert mentioned that food preference caused by familiarity, genetic and acceptance while food liking more towards food/stimuli related. Any opinion?
Really, food preference refers to consumer test in which the consumer is given a choice and asked to indicate their most liked product, usually from a pair. On the other hand, acceptance testing the consumer uses a rating scale (the most common hedonic scale is the 9 point hedonic scale) for the degree of liking or disliking.
