Some of these changes impersonate great challenges for people and, in turn, governments, educational institutes and educators. The implementation of automation and data exchange trends in the form of industry 4.0 and other technological advancements required certain skill sets to succeed in the future.
So please enlighten your opinion about: what are the required set of skill which can be essential in the future for the university graduates?

Should constantly try to acquired the knowledge and information from their subjects related websites and the latest software used for their work. Along with English, Japanis and Chinese would be the more useful languages...

The key word is on change, thus the future graduates will need to learn on how to constantly adapt with their social, economical, political, and technological environment that is always in an abrupt transformation. Whatever has been taught and tested in the classroom will always be challenged by other factors (beyond their control) that have their own principles; they'll need to be intellectually equipped for finding the rhyme and reason to collaborate or cooperate with the functions of other people in the long term.

It all depends on the ambition of the graduate...If he is interested in research after graduation then research related skill is essential but if its in the business aspect he needs managerial plus enterpreneurer skill...
Agree with Olusegun Abayomi Olalere thoughts on the mindset of the students. They need to acquire set of skills according to their area of interest.
Generally to succeed, they need good communication skills, and then they must work outside the box to acquire skills that are relevant to their chosen area.
Note: Most of these skills are not taught in university.
