This is probaby tricky to answer the question, because any bacterium able to cause a septicemia or strong fever might cause abortion. It should be useful to be more specific in your question. Do you mean a bacterial disease matching Koch's postulate and with a specific genital tropism ?
Neospora and Toxoplasma infection aside, it is theoretically possible that bacteria could concomitantly be isolated in a case where the cause of abortion is Sarcocystis (see below re a book chapter of mine). There are some specific bacterial causes of abortion in dairy cows such as Brucellosis, Leptospirosis, Listeriosis, etc. Some others are isolated from cases of abortion but need further confirmation as a specific etiologic agents
