I think from a personal perspective, a good conference is one where abuse is called out and there are policies and measures in place to make those who are abusive accountable for their actions. Conferences where abuse is often reported but not acted upon should be avoided.
If you are talking about giving talks, then I am sure the 'fit' between the topic of your presentation and the theme of the conference should be your primary concern.
If you are talking about purely attending one, then Googling the keynote speakers will give you hints.
