In post menopausal women, oestrogen plays a role in regulating glycemic index and blood sugar revels. I am attaching an article which says about the Estrogen Use on Levels of Glucose and Insulin and the Risk of Type 2 Diabetes in American Indian Postmenopausal Women.

Also, with age oestrogen reduces in post menopausal women introducing the risk of CHD and hypertension in women. This is a controversial topic. Anyways, I strongly believe that there would be increased blood pressure in post menopausal diabetic women than non diabetic post menopausal. Get back to me for any queries.
Thank you Rohit Gudamaraju. but i need what happens to blood pressure in non-diabetics, because blood pressure increases with age. so how we correlate the blood pressure in diabetics and non-diabetics with same age group?
In non diabetic group, blood pressure would be pretty much independent. Ageing can’t be correlated with hypertension all the time even in the case of menopausal women. The best way to correlate would be by external factors like lifestyle, usage of sex hormones (pills), alcohol etc.
