Is there any theory and/or proposed experiment in quantum optics that may required or might allowed the interference of two photons from two different molecules showing an energy difference of more than 200nm ?
What could be the fundamental ideas that could be investigated using this two-color single photon sources?
You mean Hong-ou-mandel interference? Two photons do interfere when they are indistinguishable. 200 nm difference of wave length is pretty much, so they will not interfere at all.
Agree . And therefore is how my question start ... what can I do with to single photons of such a big energy frequency difference?
is there any other phenomena , or new phenomena to observe?
