The main challenge in biomedical devices is to achieve accuracy.
Mostly physiology parameters are not stationary, for example if we are designing ECG circuit, the efficiency of the circuit is calculated based on the accuracy of acquired signal.
If we attain accuracy, then we can easily beat other challenges. The notable other challenges are to collect precise components for precise applications (like Nano range components are rare to procure).
