Awareness and greater pastoral.support and collaboration between fellow scientists is needed. Such collaboration should not.just extend to academic work but team spirit.

Academic bullying is normally a very subtle event. It is not easy to unmask it. One of the possible ways of intervention, both preventive and daily, is to create a strong network of support and collaboration between fellow university teachers. It would be excellent to do this within your institution.
